Our Apartment Alpenfalter is located on the 1st floor and is comfortably reachable by lift. Across 32–35 m² it offers a bright, compact room concept with a balcony facing south-west – perfect for enjoying the evening sun, breathing fresh mountain air and letting your gaze wander over the Carinthian mountain world.
The bedroom has a cosy double bed (180×200) and a comfortable seating option with a sofa. This makes the accommodation ideal for couples or solo travellers who value relaxation, privacy and a pleasant ambience. A modern bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, flat SAT TV, safe and Wi-Fi provides contemporary comfort. In the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge you can easily prepare meals, which you can enjoy together in the cosy seating area with table. The allergy-friendly flooring ensures a healthy living climate and makes the apartment especially pleasant. Many guests praise the harmonious mix of compact room concept and high-quality furnishings, which makes this accommodation a real retreat.

So that your holiday is as relaxed as possible, a minimum stay of several nights applies in the high season. In the low season, shorter stays are also possible.
Up to 12 weeks before arrival, only a processing fee of € 70 applies. For cancellations between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 70 % of the total price, within the last 28 days 80 %. In the case of late arrival or early departure the full price is due. The AGBH 2006 apply.

On the day of arrival the accommodation is available to you from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask for check-out by 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests. If occupancy allows, flexible times are also possible on request.
