Our Apartment Sonnenröschen is located on the 2nd floor and is comfortably reachable by lift. With 49 m² of living space on two levels, it offers a well-thought-out room layout that ideally combines privacy and cosy communal areas. The highlight is the sunny 17 m² roof terrace – perfect for relaxed hours outdoors with a view of the Carinthian mountain world.
In the first sleeping room a comfortable double bed (180×200) awaits you. The second sleeping room is equipped with two single beds (90×190) and additionally has a sofa bed (90×190) – ideal for families with children or small groups who need flexible sleeping options. The bathroom offers separate areas for shower and WC as well as hairdryer, flat SAT TV, safe and Wi-Fi. The allergy-friendly flooring ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the apartment. A cosy seating area invites you to share meals and relaxed evenings.

Prices

Prices vary depending on season and travel period. For an individual offer with the current conditions, please send us your inquiry – we’ll inform you transparently about all details.

So that your holiday is as relaxed as possible, a minimum stay of several nights applies in the high season. In the low season, shorter stays are also possible.

Up to 12 weeks before arrival, only a processing fee of € 70 applies. For cancellations between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 70 % of the total price, within the last 28 days 80 %. In the case of late arrival or early departure the full price is due. The AGBH 2006 apply.
