Our Apartment Sonnenröschen is located on the 2nd floor and is comfortably reachable by lift. Across 50 m² of living space spread over two levels, it offers a well-thought-out room concept that combines modern furnishings with cosy retreat areas. The heart of the apartment is the 16 m² roof terrace – the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sun or relaxed evening hours with a view of the surrounding mountain world.
On the upper floor there is a comfortable double bed (180×200) as well as an additional sofa bed (80×180). This makes the apartment ideal for 1–3 people – whether a couple, a small family adventure or a getaway for two with additional comfort. The bathroom has separate areas for shower and WC, plus hairdryer, flat SAT TV and safe. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The allergy-friendly flooring creates a pleasant indoor climate. The fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge offers everything you need for flexible holidays. The cosy seating area with table invites you to share meals, game evenings and relaxed moments.

So that your holiday is as relaxed as possible, a minimum stay of several nights applies in the high season. In the low season, shorter stays are also possible.
Up to 12 weeks before arrival, only a processing fee of € 70 applies. For cancellations between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 70 % of the total price, within the last 28 days 80 %. In the case of late arrival or early departure the full price is due. The AGBH 2006 apply.

On the day of arrival the accommodation is available to you from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask for check-out by 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests. If occupancy allows, flexible times are also possible on request.
