Our Apartment Waldportier is located on the 3rd floor and is comfortably reachable by lift to the 2nd floor. Via a short staircase of 12 steps you reach the accommodation.
Across 42 m² a bright, generous living-sleeping room with a double bed (180×200) as well as a cosy seating area with a corner bench await you to relax. The highlight is the south-facing terrace, which offers you sun, fresh mountain air and a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. A modern bathroom with separate shower and WC, hairdryer, flat SAT TV, safe and Wi-Fi provides contemporary comfort. In the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge you can easily prepare meals which you can then enjoy in a relaxed way. The allergy-friendly flooring makes the apartment additionally especially pleasant.

So that your holiday is as relaxed as possible, a minimum stay of several nights applies in the high season. In the low season, shorter stays are also possible.
Up to 12 weeks before arrival, only a processing fee of € 70 applies. For cancellations between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 70 % of the total price, within the last 28 days 80 %. In the case of late arrival or early departure the full price is due. The AGBH 2006 apply.

On the day of arrival the accommodation is available to you from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask for check-out by 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests. If occupancy allows, flexible times are also possible on request.
