This makes it ideal for 1–3 people – whether couples, friends or small families. The modern bathroom offers shower and WC in separate rooms, plus hairdryer, flat SAT TV, safe, fridge and free Wi-Fi. Since there is no private kitchen, a modern shared kitchen is available to you, where you can have breakfast, prepare small meals and use appliances such as a coffee machine or kettle. The allergy-friendly flooring additionally ensures a pleasant, healthy living climate throughout the stay.

So that your holiday is as relaxed as possible, a minimum stay of several nights applies in the high season. In the low season, shorter stays are also possible.
Up to 12 weeks before arrival, only a processing fee of € 70 applies. For cancellations between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 70 % of the total price, within the last 28 days 80 %. In the case of late arrival or early departure the full price is due. The AGBH 2006 apply.
