General terms and conditions for the hotel industry

AGBH 2006

Please note when booking that if the contract is dissolved within the last 28 days before the agreed arrival day, a cancellation fee of 80% of the board price is charged. For cancellation 4 weeks to 12 weeks (84 days) before the start of the holiday, 70%. For cancellation up to 12 weeks before arrival, a processing fee of €70 is charged. In the case of late arrival and early departure, 100% of the board price is charged.
