Having a restaurant right in the nawu apartments is not only practical, but a real highlight. Here Carinthian cosiness meets culinary variety, inspired by the three-country corner of Carinthia–Italy–Slovenia. The view at dinner is breathtaking, the dishes varied and cooked with lots of love. From a small snack in between, to traditional specialities, to fine dining at the highest level – everyone finds their favourite dish here. There’s also coffee, homemade cakes and creative ice-cream specialities that make every visit a special experience.
Five days a week we serve freshly prepared dishes – from hearty Carinthian classics to sophisticated pasta and fish dishes to seasonal specialities. Quality, taste and attention to detail come first with us.
If you prefer to spend the evening comfortably in your accommodation, you can also order the dishes to take away or have them delivered directly to your apartment. This way you enjoy our cuisine with the same taste – just in a private atmosphere.
Our farm shop offers fresh products and specialities from farmers and producers in Carinthia every day. There is also a snack and drinks vending machine as well as fresh breakfast pastries (bread roll service) six days a week – delivered directly to your apartment door.
Since 2024 we have been part of the Slow Food Guide – an honour we are especially proud of. This membership stands for our philosophy of cooking consciously, regionally and sustainably. We work closely with selected producers and farmers from Carinthia to guarantee short delivery routes, the highest quality and authentic flavours. This way every dish remains a real piece of Carinthia – fresh, honest and lovingly prepared.
