Yes, besides our farm shop you’ll find farmers’ markets and direct marketers in the surrounding area. There you can buy fresh products such as cheese, sausage, vegetables or honey and prepare them yourself in the apartment. Particularly recommended are the weekly markets in Hermagor, where you’ll find a large selection of regional specialities and hand-crafted products.

Popular are gourmet hikes, visits to Slow Food producers as well as excursions to Italy or Slovenia, where Mediterranean influences enrich the cuisine. A drive along the Gail Valley gourmet tour with stops at bacon and cheese producers is also worthwhile. This variety makes the Gail Valley culinarily unique and combines tradition with modern ideas of enjoyment.

Yes, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. With an oven, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils, you can freshly prepare regional ingredients and make your favourite dishes. Thanks to the proximity to farm shops and markets, you have access to fresh food at any time, so you can cook healthily and with variety even on holiday.
