Regional cuisine

  • It’s really handy having a restaurant at nawu apartments. Even better to have a great one. Dinner with a view – perfect. The selection of dishes and food is well thought out. From simple, delicious snacks to local specialties and a special dinner at the highest level, nawu’s restaurant will surprise you. Coffee, cake and ice cream specialties round off this delicious offering.

Even allergies and food intolerances won’t get in the way.

We get most of the ingredients for our culinary delights from local producers. Attentive, friendly and great service will make your visit a holiday delight.

  • Our culinary heroes
Gailtal Valley farmers supply fish, bacon and cheese. Zerza supplies fish, fresh natural yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, curd and we get our butter from the farmer Steinwender bei Hermagor. If you want to understand the art to beekeeping, you’ll be in good hands with Imkerei Segner beekeepers. There’s so much discover.

  • Know where it comes from
Our culinary offering is as honest and authentic as the nawu apartments themselves. Inspired by the border triangle of Carinthia, Italy and Slovenia. Using regional products to make high-quality food. We are very proud that we predominantly use regional products – many of our suppliers are delighted that they have grateful customers in us. And our guests are happy that they get to enjoy regional products. We can’t think of a better scenario.

  • Indulgence available 24 hours a day
nawu’s farm shop is more than just a shop. Like nawu apartments itself, it stands for ‘that little bit extra’. You can find gifts and souvenirs in store. Local specialties from hand-picked producers. Ideas and products for your own creations in the kitchen. Useful things for your day-to-day needs. And you can also be sure to find a smile.

Generous opening hours. It’s not your usual local shop but you can shop around the clock using self-service and billing. Very nawu – feel free, the new ease of just ‘being’ – do it your way.
